We booked nicely furnished and stylish room with the beautiful views of Puget Sound and slippers, for instance. Really helpful and extremely helpful stuff who visited our business meetings and nothing was trouble for them.

We got upgraded to a waterview suite, a real treat for our pre-cruise stay. The rooftop bar is fine, great for breakfast and relaxing while enjoying lovely views. The concierge offered excellent service, even returning a wallet that we left behind!
